A browser-based tool for converting 3D models into 2D sprite sheet animations. Built for my own games at mangasmango.com.

What it does

Drop a .glb file into the viewer, position the camera at the angle you want, pick an animation, set your frame size and frame count, and generate a PNG sprite sheet. The output is a grid of frames sampled evenly across the animation clip, ready to use in any 2D game engine.

How to use

  1. Drop a .glb file onto the viewer area (or click to browse)
  2. Orbit the camera to the angle you want — drag to orbit, right-drag to pan, scroll to zoom
  3. Select an animation from the dropdown (populated automatically from the model)
  4. Set the number of frames, frame size in pixels, and column count for the grid layout
  5. Choose transparent or black background
  6. Click Generate Spritesheet and download the PNG
